These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Alevel.shop website, services, consultations, and digital products. By using this website, purchasing a product, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of Services

Alevel provides:

  • orthomolecular lifestyle and nutrition guidance

  • health education and support

  • online consultations

  • personalized lifestyle recommendations

  • digital educational products (including e-books and guides)

All services are educational and supportive in nature.

They are not medical services and do not constitute diagnosis, treatment, or medical care.

3. No Medical Relationship

Using Alevel services does not create a doctor–patient relationship.

Services do not replace:

  • medical diagnosis

  • medical treatment

  • physician supervision

Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified medical professional for diagnosis and treatment.

4. Client Responsibility

By using the services, the client agrees that:

  • information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge

  • all health decisions remain their responsibility

  • medication changes will only be made under physician supervision

  • recommendations are implemented voluntarily

Results vary between individuals.

5. Booking and Contract Formation

A service agreement is formed when:

  • a consultation is booked, and

  • payment is successfully completed, and

  • confirmation is issued.

Alevel reserves the right to refuse service where appropriate.

6. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in https://alevel.shop/pricing .

Payment is required in advance unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Payments are processed via third-party providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). Alevel is not responsible for payment processor outages or errors.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect confirmed bookings.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Clients may reschedule consultations if notice is given at least:

24 hours before the scheduled time.

If cancellation occurs later than this window:

  • the session may be charged in full

  • or counted as used.

No-shows are non-refundable.

If Alevel must reschedule, a replacement session will be offered.

8. Digital Products

Digital products (including e-books and downloadable materials):

  • are delivered electronically

  • are for personal use only

  • may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed

  • are protected by copyright

Due to the nature of digital goods:

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable, unless mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

Where required by EU law, purchase constitutes explicit consent to immediate delivery and waiver of the withdrawal right.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by Alevel remain the intellectual property of Alevel, including:

  • texts

  • protocols

  • guides

  • worksheets

  • downloads

  • consultation materials

No reproduction or distribution is permitted without prior written consent.

10. Online Consultation Terms

Online consultations are conducted via video platforms.

Clients acknowledge:

  • possible technical disruptions

  • limits of online security

  • responsibility for private surroundings

  • responsibility for device security

Sessions are not recorded unless explicitly agreed in advance.

11. Limitation of Liability

All services and information are provided for educational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alevel is not liable for:

  • health outcomes

  • interpretation or misuse of information

  • supplement choices made by the client

  • indirect or consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

12. Third-Party Tools

Alevel relies on third-party platforms, which may include:

  • Systeme.io

  • payment processors

  • video consultation platforms

  • email providers

Alevel is not liable for third-party outages or failures.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

Personal data is processed according to the Alevel Privacy Policy.

Health-related information is treated confidentially within the limits described in that policy.

14. Eligibility

Services are intended for adults (18+).
Minors require parental or guardian involvement.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium.

Any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Belgian courts.

16. Modifications

Alevel may update these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be published on the website.

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
